Learning to drive in Talacre

Talacre is the eastern edge of our coverage area, out towards the Point of Ayr and the mouth of the Dee estuary. The approach roads to the village are narrower than most of our other areas, which makes it good ground for learning road positioning, meeting oncoming traffic and judging width.

Those are skills that are hard to build on wide roads and that examiners notice immediately when they are missing.

Lessons from Talacre normally work west along the coast towards Gronant and Prestatyn, which gives access to the full range of road types within a single lesson.
